Day 5 of gratitude

Yikes… I keep forgetting to post! Today I’d like to express my gratitude for my health. I’ve been trying to lose my remaining baby weight and begin an exercise routine before we start trying for baby #2. I’ve been trying the Kayla Itsines BBG workout and it is so hard for me. I can only get through two out of the 4 rounds and I’m like done at the end. Totally dripping in sweat. About the puke. Today, it was pouring rain, but I forced myself to go outside and take a walk. I felt pretty energized and I started to run. I only ran a mile but it’s the first mile I’ve run since having Harrison and I felt really proud of myself. I’m grateful that I’m healthy. That I’m in a position where I can exercise and run and jump up and down and feel good.
